  • The Paper Engineering Challenge - Use a variety of resources to learn various paper folding techniques. Then design your own piece of abstract art, animal or pop-up book.

  • Apprentice Independent Study - Use a variety of sources (on-line, paper, community) to research a career you would like to apprentice to for a month. Find out what you could do as an apprentice, what skills you could learn and what you could do with your knowledge in the future. Create a product to demonstrate what you've learned about the career (a keynote presentation, voicethread....).
